Computer Help?

The Tech Commons (in the Library) services computers owned by students. We can diagnose and fix the majority of personal computer problems, and there is no charge for the first 15 minutes of walk-up diagnostic work. For more information about our prices visit the Computer Repair and Service page. 

Need access to a computer? 

The Tech Common provides computers in Library for student use. This page lists the available computer labs and classrooms equipped with computers on campus.

Need help with signing on to a Biola service? 

My Account, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office 365 use different sign on methods with different usernames. The Sign On & Access page outlines the types of sign on services at Biola and links to their support pages.

Access to wired and wireless (wifi) network service is provided for students to assist in their academic, educational, and research purposes. Access is granted while students are enrolled at Biola University. The Network Usage Policy outlines the information about the intended use of Biola's network.

Students can print from anywhere to a Wepa print station located in the Biola Library and Student Union Building. Please view the Wepa Print & Copy service page and the Wepa User Guide for more information about the service.

Need access to specialized or high volume printing services, contact the Biola Print Shop for more information. 

Biola uses Google Workspace for employee and student email, calendaring, document sharing, and other Google services.

If you already have a personal Gmail account, your Biola Gmail account will look and feel exactly the same. You can log in to both your personal Gmail and your Biola Gmail at the same time by following Google's instructions.

New students, you'll receive your email account a few days after paying your enrollment deposit.
