Diplomas are mailed to your permanent address on file
Once your academic requirements are complete and your financial obligations to the University have been met, your diploma will be mailed to you at the permanent address on your University record. Please check my.Biola and update your permanent address if necessary. Allow six to eight weeks for delivery.
If you do not receive your diploma in the expected amount of time, please contact the Office of the Registrar at (562) 903-4720.
We do not make duplicate copies of diplomas. If yours has been lost, stolen, or destroyed, you may request a replacement diploma from the Office of the Registrar for a fee of $40. Please submit a letter of request explaining the reason you need a replacement diploma and include the following:
- $40 payment
- Student signature
- Address to which you would like the replacement diploma sent
