Special Case for Returning Students

In some cases, a student will leave the university before completing the minimum number of required units to achieve Alumni status.

Then, in the future, the student will return to the university. They will have a NetID, but Biola's system will not allow them to do anything with it.

If you suspect that this is your situation, you should contact your Admissions counselor so that they can make sure your account gets reactivated.
