If you have forgotten your NetID password, or can't log into your Biola email account, you can receive password reset information at an alternate personal email address. Without an alternate email address, it is more difficult to get the information you need.
|Step||What to Do|
|1||Open a browser on your computer and go to myaccount.biola.edu.|
Log in with your NetID and NetID password.
Click on the Personal Information tab on the left-hand side of the page.
|4||In the Email area, click the Update Email button.|
|5||In the new page, click Update Email Addresses at the bottom of the page.|
|Select Personal Email from the drop-down field, then Submit.|
|Type in your personal email address (not your Biola email address) and then click Submit.|
