Before you can log in to any Biola systems or services, you need to set your NetID password.
This applies to new employees, new students, and alumni who have never logged in to Biola's current systems.
This page explains the steps for setting your NetID password for the first time.
How to Set Your NetID Password for the First Time

|1||Go to login.biola.edu/first-time.|
Type in your NetID or Biola ID number, and click Go.
|3||Fill out the form to verify your identity, then click Go.|
Choose 3 security questions, then click Go.
Note: You will be prompted to answer these 3 questions in the event that you forget your NetID or password in the future.
Enter a personal email address, then click Go.
|6||Read the list of rules. These specify what kind of password the system will allow.|
|7||Type a new password into both fields, and click Go.|
