Biola Counseling Center (BCC):
BCC provides consultation for faculty, staff and students regarding student mental health concerns or crisis situations impacting a student community. BCC provides a range of services including counseling, psychiatric evaluation, consultation, and outreach program delivery. Some common reasons why individuals seek BCC consultation are the impact of a student death on a group of people, questions about a student that shows signs of mental illness, concerns about a student in the midst of a personal crisis, and mental health support during a local or national crisis. Location: Biola Professional Building next to PIH Building at the corner of La Mirada Boulevard and Imperial Hwy.; accessible by the Biola shuttle. Reduced rates available for students: Fall 2015 rate $20/session.
Walk-In Counseling
Thought about meeting with someone at the Biola Counseling Center but haven't made that appointment? Don't want to go off-campus? Need quick wisdom and last minute guidance? Concerned about a friend?
We got this. It's free. It's convenient. It's confidential. And, it's on-campus, in the Student Services Bldg., under the Bookstore! They'll listen, provide support, offer resources, and help you brainstorm solutions!
Weekly opportunities: Mondays & Wednesdays 12-2pm; Tuesdays & Thursdays 1-3 p.m. No appointments; first-come; first-served!

Student Health:
The Biola Health Center provides an access point for medical concerns ranging from allergies to major health related crises.
RD-on-Call:
The Residence Director (RD)-on-Call is a professional staff member who lives and works in the residence halls. There is an RD-on-Call every day after business hours, and on all weekends and holidays, and is available by contacting the University Operator at extension 0 (zero) and asking that the RD-on-call be contacted. You should receive a call back within 10 minutes. The RD-on-Call works closely with the Student Care Team.
Biola Campus Safety:
Campus Safety can play an important role in connecting a student to emergency resources. Additionally, they can help with crime prevention in your area or provide you with a method to report criminal or suspicious activity.
