Tutoring
Through one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, get a better understanding of in-class material while developing good study skills.
One-on-One
$90/class each semester ($6/week) for 1 hour per week.
Small Group
$45/class each semester ($3/week) for 1 hour per week.
Offering tutoring in: Anatomy, Physiology, Chemistry, Greek, Spanish, and French. Others can be recruited upon request.
Tutors are upper division students who have successfully completed your course, and are recommended by faculty as both a good student and able tutor. Services are nonrefundable. Tutoring sessions are limited and are available on a first-come, first served basis. Students are strongly encouraged to sign up early.
Register for Tutoring
- Complete and return the Tutoring Request Form in person or via email to the Learning Center (learning.center@biola.edu), upper level, Library building.
- Coordinate a schedule based on your and the tutor's availability.
- Sign the tutoring contract, agreeing to respect your tutor's time, and maintain all scheduled appointments through the semester.
